Booking & Cancellation Policy
As a small business owner who works from home, I am sure you can appreciate that I have put these policies in place to ensure all my clients have the best possible experience.
*Please note that I may ask for a letter from your doctor before proceeding with any treatments. This is to ensure it is safe to carry out the treatment as your wellbeing is my priority.
Payment
I accept either a BACS transfer or payment via Paypal at least 2 days before your appointment.
Cancelling & rescheduling
I understand that emergencies happen, and life has its moments, therefore I am as flexible as I can be.
If you need to cancel or reschedule I kindly ask that you let me know as soon as possible as this will allow me the time to fill the appointment.
Cancelling on the day of your appointment & no shows
You will unfortunately be required to pay for your treatment in full, and unable to rebook in for any future treatments until it has been paid.
Sickness
If you are feeling unwell on the day of your appointment, including having any Covid-19 symptoms, or if you have been in contact with somebody who may have Covid-19, please do not attend your appointment.
Please let me know as soon as possible and I can reschedule your booking.
